quantIRed focuses on using physical inspection technologies in the near infrared and short wave infrared spectral region.

 Our basis is a strong knowledge of electromagnetic spectral imaging, a long experience in robustness-making of advanced technology into harsh production environments, and a long record of retrieving valuable information from digital images with a negligible false positive rate.

quantIRed was founded in 2024 by a team of experienced professionals in the field of advanced technology for product and food inspection, headed by Joergen Rheinlaender. Based on a strong capital investment and a very unique combination of skills, we aim to bring to market the most advanced, reliable, and robust short wave infrared imaging and characterisation systems available.

Although we are researchers, we are also practical. We see an opportunity rather than a challenge, and we commit to sustainable, long lasting solutions.
